How to get $1,500 to cover all or part of an Electrification Assessment for your Apartment building!

What should your building electrify first?

Looking to get EV chargers installed at your apartment site? Solar? Get off gas? Qualifying sites can receive a professional, practical plan to know what’s possible, help prioritise and help get approvals.

We’re working with All Electric Homes, the City of Yarra and a strata management group who can provide the advice you need as part of an apartment electrification pilot.

Our information session was on August 18, but don’t worry if you missed it! A limited number of fully or partly funded assessments are still available.

These assessments can include:

  • Building profile - apartments/lots, levels and layout, car spaces, parking type and key stakeholders

  • Energy infrastructure - electrical capacity, switchboards and metering, emebedded networks, utility connections

  • Energy usage - current consumption, load profies, peak demand, energy costs

  • Existing systems - hot water systems, gas appliances, heating and cooling, ventilation

  • Opportunities - solar and battery potential, electrification upgrades, efficiency improvements, EV readiness

  • Risks & constraints - technical limitations

  • regulatory/strata, access & installation, cost considerations

The first step - discovery - is to gather basic information about your building to determine its suitability and an early view of potential.

Don’t worry if you can’t answer all the questions, just go as far as you can and All Electric Homes will be in touch on suitability and the next step.
